How long does the Interlibrary Loan process take?

Journal articles can take 2-5 days to arrive; physical items (books, scores, DVDs, CDs) can take 7-10 days. Please plan ahead, as delivery depends on a variety of things including how much detail you provide in your citation, how widely available the item is, and if you submit your request near a weekend or holiday.
